With fall being right around the corner, I decided to share my signature fall favorite! Not to mention it is gut healing, full of Vitamin A for clear healthy skin, and tastes AMAZING!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup 100% organic pumpkin puree
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (make sure the brand has live active bacteria to promote gut health)
1/2 a banana
Few drops of stevia extract (for sweetness)
Sprinkle of cinnamon & pumpkin pie spice
Directions: Put all the ingredients in a blender and then top with your favorite toppings! I choose pumpkin seed granola (all natural ingredients)
